Tasting Notes:
Medium green fruity with notes of tomato, apple and dried fruit (green and ripe), balanced between sweet, bitter and spicy, with notes of dried fruit (walnut and almond), tomato, banana and some apple. Spicy and prolonged aftertaste.
Storage:
This is a completely natural product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
Excellent with salads and breads.
