Product details

Winemaking:
Produced and aged at Quinta da Devesa for over 70 years. Manual harvesting. Fermentation in granite wineries with foot trodden.

Tasting Notes:
Surprising acidity because of its complexity and quality of the flavours. Greenish colour showing his long age. Aroma and flavour of dry fruits, nougat, honey, caramel, cigar and coffee. Soft and incredible texture at the end of the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 14ºC. After opened it can be stored for at least 4 months.

Food Pairing:
Excellent digestive wine. Splendid with cheese, pastry, sweets, nuts, light puddings and cakes. Ready to drink when bottled.
