Ruby colour. Aroma of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and cherry. Balsamic eucalyptus notes with a spicy touch. In the mouth it confirms the red fruits and earthy character. Robust wine with some rusticity characteristic of the variety and increased by the winemaking method. Firm tannins and persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It is a wine for strong dishes of roasted red meats or game stews.
