Grapes from 100% Rufete non-irrigated vineyards, originating from two vineyard plots with granite soils in the parish of Vermiosa, in the heart of the Douro Internacional Natural Park, at an average altitude of 700 meters. Partial stemming and crushing. Full fermentation in cement vats with indigenous yeasts without temperature control, with subsequent aging for 15 months in cement eggs. 10% of this batch was aged in used French oak barrels. This wine has not been subjected to any stabilization or filtration process. Subject to create deposit with age.

Tasting Notes:
Complex aroma with sweet vegetal notes in combination with forest fruits and spices. Mineral character and light earthy touch identify the grape variety. In the mouth it is a fresh wine, with soft but well present tannins, with spicy notes and light minerality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
