Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Aroma of ripe black cherry, blackberry, cinnamon, chocolate and some thyme. In the mouth the black fruit mixed with bitter chocolate goes perfect with the granulated tannins. Full-bodied and a persistent end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
It can be stored or drink immediately. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.

Ideal for elaborated dishes.
