Based on the traditional method of producing Port Wine, which includes stopping fermentation by adding brandy, followed by oxidative aging in barrels for half a century, until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
This Colheita, with half a century of complexity and elegance, reveals an attractive amber colour. Nose marked by the presence of dried fruits, with subtle hints of coffee and toffee. The sweetness of vanilla appears on the nose and lasts through the tasting. An unctuous and luscious wine in the mouth, extremely balanced, with a remarkable and intense volume.
Store and Serve Advices:
This Colheita should be served slightly chilled, between 12 and 14ºC in summer and between 14 and 16ºC in winter. The bottle must be stored upright, protected from direct light and excessive humidity, at a constant temperature (16ºC -18ºC).
Food Pairing:
An exquisite wine, which in itself provides a unique experience, combining harmoniously with dried fruit, egg desserts or spices, such as the traditional “Bolo Rei”.
