Fermentation in stainless steel vats with skin maceration and pumping over at temperatures between 16-18ºC, aimed at producing whites full of colour and structure, with sufficient phenolic compounds to withstand prolonged ageing in wood. Fermentation is interrupted by the addition of grape brandy (benefit), giving rise to a fortified wine. High quality wine, from a single harvest. Aged in wood for varying periods of time, never less than 7 years, and then filtered and bottled according to market demand.

Tasting Notes:
Golden hue. Intense and exotic aroma with aromas of yellow stone fruit in syrup, such as apricot, balanced with spicy notes. A fresh and intense wine with elegant citrus notes. A vibrant and velvety wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Served between 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect pairing for desserts that aren’t too sweet. Try it with a lush almond cake with lemon and poppy seeds, or a milk chocolate and hazelnut nocciolato with basil ice cream. It works wonderfully when served on its own, at the end of a meal.
