Product details

Winemaking:
Grapes from vineyards over 75 years old. Total destemming, foot steps on granite winches. Alcoholic fermentation in wine press for 6 days, with continuous work and controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Subsequently, staging for 14 months in new French oak barrels. Stage in bottle for 12 months before reaching the market.

Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz
