Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. The aroma is complex, fresh and elegant, with ripe black fruits and balsamic notes. The palate is firm and intense, with balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish where notes of fruit emerge with great balance and elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with matured, stewed or roast meat, game and spicy dishes.
