Tasting Notes:
Blond colour with red reflections. Fig, apricot and cherry aroma, with some spicy notes. In the tasting, evident notes of fig, date and cherry appear again, balanced by a present acidity and some dryness, which suggest notes of orange peel. It provides a good introduction to wood-aged Ports.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept protected from light and humidity, at a constant temperature. It is ready for drinking and does not require decanting. Serve between 13ºC-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Balanced and versatile, it is a delicious and eclectic wine, which, in addition to the classic accompaniment of cheeses and desserts, will shine in the hands of a bartender as the basis of a wide choice of cocktails.
