This wine from selected grapes of old Alicante Bouschet vines, foot-trodden in marble tanks with temperature control, has been slowly matured during 14 months in new French oak “barriques”.

Tasting Notes:
It shows a dark ruby colour with dark plum, kirsch, blackberry and chocolate aromas. Silky and intense finish, with round matured tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
