Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Francisca,Tinta Roriz,Alicante Bouschet,Sousão,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Medium concentration but fantastic aromatic elegance, defined and very delicate in the fruit (plums, cherry). Delicacy remains in the mouth, there is a remarkable balance here. Good fruit density, fine and with notes of ripe but fresh fruit. Velvety tannins and balanced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with starters, white and red meats, cheeses.
