Winemaking:
After harvesting and transporting to the winery in small boxes (18-20kg), it was pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. Before finishing fermentation, it was bottled, without adding sulphur or filtering, finishing fermentation in the bottle.
