Pink colour. Aroma distinctly of the grape variety and complex. Fine, persistent bubbles. Full-bodied, dry with lemony acidity and a persistent fruit finish that emphasises the grape variety.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with fish dishes, seafood, salads and appetisers.
