Tasting Notes:
A light pink colour, with fine bubbles and persistent lacing, the nose reveals notes of fresh red fruit with a slight dry floral note. On the palate it's soft, full and balanced with a smooth and very pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 4º and 6ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with all kinds of starters, light dishes, fish and meat, as well as some not too sweet desserts.
