It has an open straw colour, fruity aromas and a very pleasant complexity. The fine, persistent bubbles are another of this sparkling wine's quality characteristics.

Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.

Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
