Tasting Notes:
Ruby garnet color. On the nose it is quite revealing with a spicy and herbaceous side and on the palate the structure is felt and gradually revealed with a surprising freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with pot-cooked meats where the freshness of the trincadeira cuts through the fat.
