Partial destemming followed by crushing. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation in 10,000-litre tanks with temperature control systems between 26º C and 28º C. Partial ageing for four months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Aromatically very rich with floral notes, very evident red fruit and light vanilla. Round tannins, marked acidity, pleasant floral sensation, cherry and some black pepper. Long, elegant finish with the typical freshness of Dão.

Serving temperature: 14 to 16ºC.
