Tasting Notes:
Bright, citrus-colored, with fine, persistent bubbles. Intense aroma of white-fleshed fruit with slight hints of pastries. Sweet, fresh, creamy and elegant flavor.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an appetizer. Goes well with fish and seafood dishes. Regionally, it goes well with roast suckling pig from Bairrada.
