Fermented with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC). When the must reaches the desired sweetness, fermentation is stopped by adding brandy (77%). 50 YEARS is a very high quality wine obtained by blending different wines from different harvests, making up the age indicated on the label, having these aged in oak wood until bottled in the warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Tasting Notes:
Light golden wine with greenish hints. Wine with a complex and intense aroma, with several layers, where notes of honey, spices and a chemical touch appear. In the mouth it has the same complexity with a vibrant acidity and a very prolonged finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle upright at a constant temperature and protected from intense light. It should be consumed at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be combined with foie-gras as well as rich and intense cheeses or served on its own with coffee or chocolates. Excellent in desserts made with chocolate, nuts and caramel. Great companion, after coffee, for a good cigar.
