Winemaking:
The so-called "Colheitas" are Porto's great quality, originating from the single harvest mentioned on the label. Their organoleptic characteristics are exceptional and all their ageing takes place in wooden barrels. The marketing of "Colheitas" may only start after eight years of ageing and the bottling, which year is mentioned on the back label, precedes shipment. The "Colheitas" Porto's are placed on the market at their quality peak, therefore do not improve with further ageing.

Tasting Notes:
Deep purple in colour, has a very elegant fine aroma of red fruits like cherry, blackberry, black plum, highlighting still some jutting rock rose and violet set. Sweet, is well structured in the mouth, which highlights the fresh fruit and velvety. The thin and soft tannins impart a very pleasant aftertaste and prolonged.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be appreciated as an aperitif or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or deserts.
