Wine resulting from the fermentation of white-skinned grapes in an open spout (without the juice coming into contact with the skins).

Cerceal,Encruzado,Bical,Malvasia Fina

Tasting Notes:
Very pale of colours, with discrete citric notes in the aroma, delicate but very clear. Very easy-going in the mouth, with no weak points, vivid acidity and tropical fruit give presence to the ensemble.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
