Destemmed grapes, soft pressing, fermentation in 228 and 500 L (20% new), with indigenous yeasts. Ageing for 9 months in French oak barrels. Bottling in July and since then in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant and complex nose, with mineral notes of stone, some powder, white pepper, citrus, apricot, jasmine and thyme. In the mouth goes wide, Full bodied but fresh with acidity to carry the scents in a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
This wine has great potential for aging and will reveal different faces throughout its life in bottle. Drink at a temperature of 10 º C to 11 º C.
Food Pairing:
A perfect wine to enjoy with food, try it with baked fish, soft goat cheeses, white meat and cod dishes.
