Tasting Notes:
Straw colour, with fine and persistent bubbles, delicate aroma which along with notes of bread, citrus and floral notes emerge. On the palate, smooth and engaging mousse with very persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with Mediterranean cuisine, fish, seafood, cheeses or simply alone.
