Tasting Notes:
Clear, light yellow. Intense, elegant well balanced aroma with hints of lime and orange peel with subtle toasty fragrance resulting from the aging of the oak. Mineral taste combined with lemony character which prolongs the refreshing feel. Full-bodied, elegant and balanced, with a fine acidity which give it freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with fish, cold meat and roast poultry with little seasoning.
