Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
With a sharp, tight edge, this is bright and intense, the acidity and tannins still calling the shots here despite the late release. The mid-palate is elegant--there certainly isn't a lot of flesh here. That said, this is also intriguingly complex with the potential to improve.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat and strong cheeses.
