Delicate onion skin colour. Aroma of red fruits with notes of dried flowers. In the mouth it has good structure, smoothness and a surprising freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 11ºC. Keep the bottles laid down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
Salads, wild mushrooms and grilled cabbages. Its versatility accompanies dishes of white fish and sushi. Great also with strong cheeses.
