Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand, received without destemming and crushed immediately. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats for around 25 days. Ageing in stainless steel vats.

Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:
Fresh and vibrant aroma, apple, melon, peach and citrus flavours in balance with very discreet creamy vanilla notes. Volume and acidity ending in a very long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve it between 10 to 11°C.

Food Pairing:
Grilled fish, seafood, pasta and pizza.
