Total destemming and fermentation at a temperature of between 26 and 28ºC, with maceration on the skins. It was then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, garnet red in colour. Complex, floral aroma with notes of wild berries. On the palate, ripe fruit flavours, with some vanilla as a complement. Warm, smooth, persistent, intense and with moderate tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an accompaniment to grilled meats and soft cheeses.
