Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from green olives harvested at the beginning of the season. It is characterized by low acidity, 0.2%, intense, bitter and spicy green fruity flavour. Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich in healthy polyphenols, having a higher concentration of anti-inflammatories and antioxidants.
Storage:
This is an entirely natural product; in low temperatures precipitation may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. Olive oil should be stored away from direct light and heat.
Perfect Serve:
It can be used directly in salads to season, cook or combine with other foods. Ideal for any diet, including the Mediterranean diet, recognized by the World Health Organization as the most balanced.
