Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Touriga Nacional,Baga
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, with violet hues, with intensity. The aroma reveals some fruit from the woods, earthy notes, all wrapped in any exotic wood. Full-bodied, dry and fresh, still well present tannin and some concentration, it is not an easy wine at this stage, but it will have great elegance and delicacy within a few years.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with strong dishes like lamprey or roasted lamb and codfish.
