Bright citrine yellow. Citrus aroma, intense, slightly smoky. Good volume and freshness, marked acidity, good persistence. Intense, long and persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 12º C. It can be consumed immediately or over the next few decades, as long as it is stored in a cool, shady place.

White meats, salads, fish and soft cheese.
