Tasting Notes:
Medium deep amber colour with a subtle touch of green. Rich and complex nose, with intriguing earthy and musky aromas. It is a soft wine with a rich texture, semi-dry, with notes of tobacco, tea leaves, vanilla and spices, ending with a fresh acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
This wine was aged naturally in casks and bottled in its purest state. To show it at its best it should serve between 13ºC and 14ºC. It must be kept in a cool and dry place. It was bottled ready to drink and keeps well for several months after opening.
Food Pairing:
Delicious with desserts. It can be served with fruit, especially pineapple, fruit salad, rich cakes, strong cheeses or chocolate. It is also good with coffee as a digestive.
