Pet-Nat is produced using the ancestral method, a method of producing sparkling wines. In short, the wine is bottled before its first fermentation is fully completed, finishing the fermentation of the natural sugars in the bottle and, as a result, releasing the natural “gas” that is so characteristic of it.

Tasting Notes:
Citrine color and turbidity typical of a natural wine. Intense aroma of white fruit and a touch of minerality. Well balanced and structured with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 8º/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.

Contains sulphites.
