Tasting Notes:
Citrus, with a defined and persistent bubble. Young aroma with nuances of toast and dried fruit. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh, crispy mousse and good persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 8º/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
With fish dishes, grilled white meats and desserts. Also very good on its own on celebrations.
