Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting for boxes. Partial destemming with 20% of the bunches whole. Cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with tanning for 3 days. At the end of these days, the must is pressed and fermentation ends in used barrels. Ageing in the barrels for 5 months.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
