Product details
Wine produced from grapes from a small vineyard located in Seixal, north coast of Madeira, a short distance from the sea, battered by the sea breeze for much of the year. The grapes were crushed and pressed, without destemming, in a pneumatic press. After 11 days of fermentation, without temperature control, we added the vinic alcohol at a point where some residual sugar still remained. The wine was transferred to an old French oak cask with a capacity of 620 litres and aged in our warehouse D, where temperatures are higher, with the aim of achieving greater concentration in the wine over the year. In September 2023, 1022 bottles have been filled, all individually numbered.
