This 2025 release marks a new milestone for Blandy's, with a wine aged for 60 years in casks.

Tasting Notes:
Amber gold with nuances of old greenish gold, very exuberant and characteristic. Volatile, resinous aroma, with notes of very old brandies and candied citrus fruit. Some notes are reminiscent of yellow fruit chutney. On the palate, it is very fresh, dry, concentrated with invigorating acidity, very intense, leaving a very exuberant finish of spices and exotic resinous woods such as cedar and cigar box notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif, serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine, serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as a digestive, it goes well with fruit cakes, cream biscuits, and crème brûlée.
