Manual harvesting with 15kg perforated boxes. Pinot Noir harvested in early August 2013. Whole grape with gentle cold pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Published in April 2014 according to the classical method. Aged on lees in bottle for 107 months.

Tasting Notes:
Open ruby color. Aromas of wild fruits and some spicy and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is fresh, fruity and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Sparkling wine to accompany seafood dishes or to be consumed alone.

Contains sulphites.
