Tasting Notes:
Light ping to orange colour. Delicate nose where red fresh fruits of its youth dominate. Middle palate confirms the nose, however, boosted by gastronomic acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6°C to 8°C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with salads, fish and also in the beginning of a meal.
