Product details

Winemaking:
Wine composed of a batch of 4 different wines from 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. In all cases, the harvest was manual with post-fermentation maceration lasting up to 6 months in the 2020 harvest. The aging was always done in new barrels and varied between 12 and 48 months depending on the harvest.

Alfrocheiro,Tinto Cão,Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat dishes, roasts and cod.

Contains sulphites.
