Product details
Winemaking occurs between the first and second week of October in stainless steel fermentation vats, at a controlled temperature of 28ºc for 10 two. All varieties are fermented separately. After the malolactic fermentation, a stage is followed in small volume vats. Then the wine is stabilized following the bottling and subsequent stage of 3 months in bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Of young ruby colour and beautiful violets, in the nose it has floral notes and nuances of red fruit jams, all well married with the toast of the wood. Full-bodied and complex in the mouth, with ripe fruit and soft tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with all meat dishes, game and cheeses.
