Transport in 20 kg boxes and total destemming. Foot trodden in traditional granite presses. Alcoholic fermentation in mill for 8 to 10 days with continuous work and controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels where it stays for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Black fruit in the aroma, an evident chemical and closed side, with dark chocolate, all still growing. Vegetable atmosphere in the mouth, evident but fine tannin, serious and austere, showing that only time can smooth the edges.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with cheeses, grilled meats and red meat in the oven.
