Tasting Notes:
Avesso, above all, and Malvasia Fina. The main variety is well felt in a tone of ripe reineta apple, but also dried flowers, sweet orange, candied citrus peel. Enormous creaminess in the mouth, in a deep, serious register, with fantastic texture and perfect acidity. Very distinct.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10º to 12º.

Cheeses, Seafood, Sushi, Grilled fatty fish, Fish in the pan, Fish baked in the oven.
