The grapes were crushed and fermented in the Quinta's traditional lagares, where intense and disciplined treading is essential for a good final result. A Colheita is aged in oak casks, with a capacity of 640L, until bottled.

Produced in small batches, this 2012 Colheita Tawny Port captures with precision and delicacy the authentic essence of the Quinta do Noval vineyard. Its rich and complex style encompasses a charming blend of spicy notes, liquorice and the delicious flavours of roasted almonds, dried fruits and citrus notes. Everything combines harmoniously.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 9º and 14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect pairing with caramel desserts, medium intensity cheeses, dried fruits, foie gras, but also red meats.
