Tasting Notes:
Beautiful amber color still revealing a garnet center. Very intense and concentrated, this vintage presents a harmonious and very rich aromatic blend. Notes of spice and raisins along with toasted almond and younger fruity flavors. Some citrus notes combined with its minerality and velvety texture make this a very lively, wonderful and easy-to-drink wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store upright in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature variations. Serve at a temperature between 14°C and 16°C.
Food Pairing:
As an appetizer, accompanying desserts, melon, cheese, almonds, cakes and chocolate.
