Product details
This Port wine was produced using traditional methods. After hand-harvesting, the grapes were crushed in a wine press. After a day of maceration and approximately two days of fermentation, when the desired sugar concentration was reached in the must, fermentation was stopped with the addition of grape brandy. The result was a fortified wine, which was aged in oak Port wine barrels in the Douro region, under the care and attention of the winemaking team. Light filtration is performed if necessary.
