Fermentation at controlled temperature, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. Aged in oak casks over 40 years old for a period of 10 years. Evolves through oxidation, similar to aged Port wines, presenting the unique characteristics of the harvest year. Bottled only at the time of shipment to the customer.

Tasting Notes:
Reddish-brown. Notes of cocoa, dried fig, and caramel. Silky, fresh, and harmonious attack. Cocoa notes prevail in a long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 18°C/64°F or slightly chilled. Once bottled, this wine is ready to drink, retaining all its qualities.
Food Pairing:
An excellent digestive aid, it pairs especially well with sweet desserts such as crème brûlée, apple pie, custard tarts, milk chocolate, and French toast.
