It is derived from the distillation of Alvarinho grapes after fermentation in appropriate bins. Ageing and conservation in stainless steel vats. Appearance and colour clear and transparent. Very soft, highlighting the fruitiness typical of Alvarinho, overlapping so the alcoholic nature surroundings and creating a very soft and smooth to the palate. Presents a long aftertaste revealing us a very nice set of fresh fruit aromas mixed with hints of floral aromas typical of the variety that gives rise to it.

Storage:
Serve at 18-20ºC. This wine spirit can be consumed immediately after bottling or be stored and age for many years.
