Pre-fermentation in cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5-day fermentation with maceration with temperature control at 23ºC. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Aromas of ripe red fruit, smooth tobacco and mocha. In the mouth it has smooth tannins, confirming the fruity aroma, with an attractive freshness and a slight flavour of wood sensation. End of mouth complex, smooth and pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.

Goes well with spicy red or white meat.
